Federico Casazza

Federico Casazza is a freelance sound designer and location sound mixer based in Prague, available worldwide for film, documentary, and commercial productions. He holds a Master's Degree in Filmmaking with a specialisation in Sound Recording and Post-Production from Goldsmiths, University of London.

With over 18 years of experience in electronic music production and audio engineering, Federico transitioned into the film industry in 2021. He collaborates with international filmmakers on feature films, documentary series, commercials, and podcasts. His expertise covers the full post-production chain: dialogue editing, sound restoration, foley creation, ADR recording and editing, and re-recording mixing in 5.1 surround.

Federico is also an award-winning music composer for film, crafting original cinematic scores that blend his background in electronic music with atmospheric soundscapes. Alongside his freelance work, he teaches Sound Design at the Prague Film School.

He operates from a professional studio in Prague and is available for both on-location sound recording and remote post-production projects worldwide.
